Palestinian factions agree to hold election

(VOVWORLD) - Palestinian factions met on Wednesday in Egypt and issued a joint announcement of a general election to be held by the end of next year.

The announcement called on Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas to consult with all factions to decide the election’s schedule.
