During a visit on Monday, the Party leader asked local authorities to pay greater attention to poverty reduction and the building of new-style rural areas. Mr. Trong visited people in Phong Phu commune and an orange farm in Cao Phong district. Cao Phong orange is famous across Vietnam and generates high incomes for local farmers.
