Party leader works with Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee

(VOVWORLD) - The Party Politburo on Thursday worked with the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Municipal Party Committee to review the implementation of the Politburo Resolution on tasks to boost the city’s development until 2020.

Chairing the meeting, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong praised Ho Chi Minh City’s contributions to the nation and its development. He urged the local authorities to seek ways to boost the city’s growth amidst current difficulties. He said he hoped the city will bring into play its achievements to maintain its locomotive role.
