Party, State leader congratulates DPRK chairman

(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on Saturday sent a congratulatory message to Chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea Kim Jong-un, who was proclaimed Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the first session of the DPRK Supreme People’s Assembly.
