Chairman of Van Ho district’s People Committee Nguyen Huy Anh said the festival aims to promote the beauty of peach blossom in Van Ho as well as the local tourism potentials. The festival’s highlights include a fashion show of ethnic costumes, xoe dancing by the bonfires, and a competition to make Vietnam’s traditional glutinous cakes. Many booths have been set up to promote Van Ho’s traditional costumes and cuisine.
