Speaking in an year-end review meeting on people’s diplomacy in Hanoi on Wednesday, Mr. Minh underlined future tasks: “People’s diplomacy should be promoted to strengthen relations between Vietnam and the rest of the world. More innovative access to foreign resources, especially non-governmental aids, is required to fuel social economic development while foreign communications should be renovated for better Party’s foreign policy resonation.”
