The two PMs are scheduled to hold talks and witness the signing of a series of bilateral cooperation agreements. Mr. Phuc will also meet with the leaders of the Dutch Parliament and government, the International Court of Justice, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration. During the visit, he will attend a Vietnam-Netherlands business forum.
