At a visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ headquarters in Hanoi on Monday, Mr. Phuc urged the sector to improve the efficiency of external work, maintain a peaceful environment for socio-economic development and defense, and raise national strength while pursuing peace, independence, self-reliance and cooperation.
He urged the Ministry to streamline the apparatus of Vietnam’s representative agencies abroad.
