Before that Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc decided to present certificates of merit to the national U23 football squad for their success at the ongoing Asian Football Confederation's U23 Championship in China.
Led by coach Park Hang-seo, Vietnam became the first Southeast Asian country to reach the final of the championship. The team will vie for the trophy against Uzbekistan on Saturday.
