He appreciated the Defense Ministry’s accomplishments in military and national defense, combating reactionary forces, and assisting people in natural disasters. He urged the Defense Ministry to further strengthen the Vietnam People’s Army and cooperate with the police and other forces to foil hostile groups’ reactionary plots to ensure national security and order.
