Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired a government meeting on Thursday to review BOT projects in infrastructure. He said given limited state resources, BOT projects are in line with the Party resolutions and world trends. He called for better assurance of interests for the state, investors and the public through transparency and proper financial schemes.
