Closing the Government's regular meeting for June and its online conference with localities on Saturday, the Prime Minister described the Party and State leader's remarks as comprehensive, insightful and highly inspiring, saying they provide strategic guidance for all levels of government to intensify efforts, fulfill assigned tasks, and successfully achieve the country's socio-economic development goals for 2026 and the 2026–2030 period.

Reaffirming the Government's determination to achieve double-digit economic growth in 2026 and throughout the 2026–2030 period while maintaining macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation and safeguarding major economic balances, Mr. Hung said the Government had updated its growth scenario and policy directions under Resolutions 168 and 169, issued on June 27.

He urged ministries and localities that have met or exceeded their first-half growth targets to strive for even stronger performance, while those falling short must make every effort to achieve their goals.

The Prime Minister said he himself and the Deputy Prime Ministers would continue working directly with localities, particularly those that missed their first-half growth targets, to accelerate implementation and ensure national growth targets are met.
