Russia wants to be mediator for US – North Korea dialogue

Russia’s proposal aims to help the US and North Korea reach a de-escalation, Peskov said.

The offer came one day after Russian Deputy Envoy to the UN Vladimir Safronkov called on all parties to ease tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
