The main ceremony will take place at Muong Khuong Boarding School in Muong Khuong Commune, Lao Cai Province.
The nationwide event, linked with the inauguration of integrated boarding schools in border areas, reflects the strong commitment of the Party and State to education and training, particularly in ethnic minority, mountainous, border, and island regions.
