Lieutenant Colonel Le Ngoc Ha of the Ho Chi Minh City High Command said search teams have maintained full staffing levels and continued working intensively throughout the National Day holiday to ensure the operation proceeds without interruption.
Additional remains and personal artifacts were discovered at the site on Monday.
The search and recovery operation at Le Thi Rieng Park is being carried out with urgency and great care, with the aim of locating and recovering all martyrs’ remains, facilitating their identification and helping return them to their families.
