Overseas Vietnamese, university lectures, linguists, and representatives from overseas Vietnamese liaisons discussed their experiences and analyzed obstacles to improve the teaching of the Vietnamese language for overseas Vietnamese.
They agreed on the need to improve the teaching and learning of the Vietnamese language to preserve and promote national culture and identities.
