Presentations at the seminar acknowledged General Hao’s accomplishments in many important positions in the Party, state, and army and his contributions to national liberation and defense.
Lieutenant-General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, said: “With his morality, competence, firm stance, and dedication, comrade Song Hao worked effectively with the General Department of Politics and the Ministry of Defense to advise the Party and Central Military Party Commission on personnel planning and appointments during the two resistance wars for national independence.”
