Ms Phong was speaking at meeting with local leaders as part of her working visit to Son La province on Thursday: “The city should create a mechanism for cultural mechanism, such as performance venues, community meeting places, as well as dedicated areas for tourist and sports activities. More attention should be given to building schools and entertainment centers for children.”
