South Korea says the visit of Kim Yong-chol (pictured) will be a chance to improve North-South relations

Kim Yong Chol, the vice-chairman of the North’s ruling Workers’ Party’s Central Committee, will lead a high-level delegation at the closing ceremony of the Games in Pyeongchang on Sunday. South Korean President Moon Jae In is expected to be there to receive the delegation.
