This year’s program, from October 23 to December 13, has visited Brunei, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The program teaches leadership skills and encourages youth development. Participants engage in lively discussions of social issues and take part in cultural exchanges, sports, and recreational activities. During their stay in HCMC early this month, the young delegates met with local youth, stayed in locals’ homes and visited Cu Chi tunnel and the War Remnants Museum.
