Ho Lam Bach Van, Deputy Director of the municipal Culture, Sports, and Tourism Department, said the fair contributes to encouraging the development of the reading culture.
“The Spring Press Fair also features photos and documents on Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelago in order to assert Vietnam’s sovereignty and legitimate rights over these islands,” said Van.
The Spring Press Fair 2018 is part of Can Tho City’s Culture, Sports, and Tourism Week.
