Mr. Lam urged JBIC to continue serving as a bridge, mobilizing and connecting Japanese financial resources with Vietnam's development needs.

He also requested that JBIC share its experience in managing and developing financial and economic hubs, and encourage Japanese financial institutions and banks to participate in the newly established financial centers in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.

Regarding energy cooperation, he asked JBIC to continue collaborating to effectively implement projects within the framework of the Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC).

Mr. Tadashi said JBIC attaches great importance to the Vietnamese market and wishes to continue cooperating with Vietnamese agencies and enterprises to advance projects in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, digital transformation, green transition, and energy.

Japan stands ready to share its experience and assist Vietnam in developing a crude oil reserve system, he added.
