At the event in Bac Ninh Province, General Secretary and President Lam presented the National Assembly's resolution and the First-class Labor Order to the Party organization, authorities, and people of Bac Ninh City.

In his address, the top leader urged the municipal Party organization and authorities to establish a long-term vision and a distinct development model. Specifically, the city needs to clearly define its role for the next 20–30 years and forge a development path leveraging its strengths in industry, culture, human resources, and regional connectivity. He called for a modern urban model rich in identity, balancing industry, services, ecology, and quality of life.

“Bac Ninh’s development must be demonstrated through its own technological capabilities, the maturation of domestic enterprises, and an increasing share of value generated and retained locally so as to create higher added value and make a greater contribution to the nation. Development space must be reorganized to build green, smart, modern, and livable urban areas. Bac Ninh must be planned as a unified whole, harmoniously integrating industry, urban development, services, agriculture, ecology, and culture,” Mr. Lam said.
