During a meeting in Hanoi on Monday, she praised press agencies for their reform in covering the legislature’s activities: “The reporters fully grasp contents of draft laws discussed by lawmakers. Reporters need to survey and analyze to correctly write about dratf laws. You need to provide reliable news to the public.”
Mrs. Ngan said winning trust of readers and voters is the most important to creating public consensus. She asked reporters to uphold their responsibility and invest in their stories to improve their quality.
Chairwoman Ngan urged press and media outlets to continue partnering with the National Assembly.
