Tillerson told reporters during his trip to Wellington, New Zealand, on Tuesday that US – Russia relations are at a nadir and still deteriorating. President Trump has entrusted Tillerson with stabilizing the relationship and gaining Rusian’s trust.

Tillerson didn’t comment on the investigation of Russian hacking or say if the investigation threatens Trump’s administration .
