Negotiators are currently discussing 2 options for handling Iran's uranium: diluting the stockpile or transferring it to a third country, possibly China or Russia. Officials from the US, Iran, Pakistan, and Qatar have yet to confirm this, and no further details have been disclosed.

Iranian media also reported Tuesday that Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament and head of the Iranian negotiating team, had concluded discussions in Qatar and returned to Tehran.

He arrived in Doha on Monday and held talks with senior Qatari officials on the terms of a possible agreement aimed at easing tensions between the US and Iran.

According to Amir Ebrahim Rasouli, a senior advisor to the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, the discussions in Doha focused on the release of frozen Iranian assets, the lifting of sanctions on Iran’s oil industry, and Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz.
