US punishes IS leaders

(VOVWORLD) - The US State Department punished 3 IS leaders on Thursday, including the mastermind behind the Paris attack in 2015 and the Brussels attack in 2016.

Mohammed Al Binali, a Bahraini citizen who left his country to join IS in 2014 and has appeared in many terrorism propaganda videos,and Mohammad Shafi Armar, a high-ranking IS leader who is in charge of IS recruitment in India, were also on the list of IS leaders punished.
