Attending the ceremony were Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh, VFF President Tran Thanh Man, and Vice President and Head of the Central Council for Emulation and Rewards Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh.

Deputy Prime Minister Binh called on VFF officials to work harder to gain more results in communications work to make the public understand Party and state guidelines. He said the VFF should continue to be a centre to rally all social forces, collect the public’s opinions and aspirations, and contribute to national construction and defense.
