Mrs. Thinh said she hopes policy beneficiaries will try their utmost to overcome life difficulties while the pupils will work harder, adding: “I hope you will uphold patriotic tradition, encourage your children to work hard to become useful citizens and contribute more to Da Nang. I do hope that the children will do well in school to become the talent this country deserves.”
