At a reception in Hanoi on Tuesday for new Spanish Ambassador Maria Jesus Figa Lopez-Palop, Mr. Phuc said that Vietnam treasures relations with Spain and will continue to create optimal conditions for Spanish investors and businesses in the country. He suggested that future cooperation center around renewable energy, infrastructure development, tourism and high-tech agriculture. The Prime Minister also called for closer coordination between the two countries at international forums including the UN, the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), and ASEAN-EU.
