Vietnam Airlines launches Da Nang-Osaka direct flight

(VOVWORLD) - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines on Sunday launched a new direct route between Vietnam’s central city of Da Nang and Japan’s Osaka with 7 flights a week.

Travel time is estimated at 4 hours and a half. Da Nang and Osaka are both major tourist hubs. The number of Japanese visitors to Da Nang jumped 18 fold from 2011 to 2017. Vietnam Airlines are now operating 11 air routes between Vietnam and Japan.
