Vietnam’s delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Dung. The meeting aimes to bolster ASEAN – EU cooperation in trade, sustainable development, climate change, people-to-people exchange and security. Delegates will discuss preparations for the ASEAN Post Ministerial Conference (PMC) with the EU in Manila next month and activities to mark the 40th anniversary of ASEAN – EU Dialogue Relations this year.
