Wen Xi Chen, Economic Counselor of the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, encouraged Vietnamese companies to take advantage of China’s demand for marine and agricultural products and to boost exports of highly competitive goods. Mr. Wen said China and Vietnam can increase mineral, financial, and tourism cooperation, where China leads in technology and management while Vietnam has advantages of labor and resources.
