Responding to a reporter’s question, Ms. Hang called on all parties to exercise restraint and strictly observe international law, the United Nations Charter, and relevant UN resolutions.
She urged the parties to respect national sovereignty and territorial integrity, resume negotiations, and create conditions for dialogue to resolve differences peacefully, in the interests of people and regional and global peace, stability, and development.
