The two sides agreed to promote connections between businesses and encourage them to explore markets, exchange information, and seek investment and cooperation opportunities in areas of strength. Minister Le Hoai Trung proposed that Estonia urge other European Union members to ratify the EU–Vietnam Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA) in a timely manner.
The two ministers highlighted prospects for cooperation in digital transformation, e-government, cybersecurity, education and training, and information technology.
Both sides agreed to maintain close coordination at multilateral forums, including the United Nations and ASEAN–EU frameworks, contributing to peace, stability, and sustainable development in each region and globally.
