Vietnam Federation on Disability praised for efficient operation

(VOVWORLD) - At the second Congress of the Vietnam Federation on Disability on Tuesday, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization Truong Thi Mai has praised the Vietnam Federation on Disability for its efficient support for disabled people, helping them promote their strengths and live a better life.

Ms. Mai called for continued assistance for the disabled, pointing out that Vietnam has promulgated laws and policies to support disabled people, aided by domestic and foreign organizations.

Dang Huynh Mai was re-elected Chairwoman of the Federation for the next 5-year term.
