Prior to the delivery, Head of the General Department of State Reserves, Do Viet Duc, reiterated the traditional friendship and support of the Vietnamese Party, State, and people for the Cuban people’s revolutionary cause.

Deputy Minister of MINCEX Antonio Carricarte thanked Vietnam for the gift and for helping Cuba increase rice production. He said that long-standing friendship will catapult bilateral cooperation, particularly in trade, investment, and services.
