At a reception for Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Hiroshige Seko in Hanoi on Thursday, Mr. Chinh, who is also Chairman of the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Parliamentarians’ Group, called on both sides to effectively implement the signed agreements and further their cooperation in trade, industry, and energy. He proposed Japan to continue its assistance for Vietnam’s international integration, improve negotiating skills, and implement new-generations free trade agreements.
