The 4-day event features festivities designed to foster cultural and people-to-people exchanges, as well as promote investment and cooperation among localities, organizations, and businesses from the Republic of Korea and Da Nang.

In her opening remarks at the festival, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said, “The 2026 Da Nang Vietnam-Korea Festival will continue to serve as a bridge for friendship, enhance mutual understanding, and open up new opportunities for cooperation between Da Nang and Republic of Korean localities and partners. It will contribute to strengthening the fine relationship between the two countries.”

More than 90 booths are showcasing the culture, cuisine, tourism, products, and services of both countries, including an exhibition on cooperation achievements between Da Nang and its Korean partners.

There are displays of traditional art, digital art, and interactive cultural zones; and artistic performances by troupes from both nations. Experiential activities have been held, such as Samulnori drumming, Sogo dance, bamboo pole dancing, K-pop dance, joint demonstrations of Vietnamese traditional martial arts and Taekwondo, a culinary contest, and the finals of a K-pop dance talent competition.

The festival will culminate in the "Meet Korea in Da Nang 2026" conference, themed "Artificial Intelligence – A New Driver for Growth and Development."
