Out of 10 categories, tax paying and electricity access have greatly improved. Nguyen Cong Ai, Deputy General Director of KPMG Vietnam, said: “The application of IT has led to significant improvement in taxation and customs. Vietnam has a good growth rate in cross-border trade as well.”
According to the WB, Vietnam has made numerous reforms to make it easier for businesses to access electricity and credit, pay taxes, trade across borders, and enforce contracts.
