They praised the signing of a new agreement on tertiary education cooperation with an increase of scholarships to students from the two nations to 20 per year. Both countries will exchange students in technology, mining, agriculture, and the food industry.
The two Deputy Prime Ministers agreed that both sides should thoroughly prepare for the next meeting of the Vietnam-Poland Joint Committee on science and technology cooperation in 2018.
