Jointly organized by the Vietnam Blockchain Association, the National Cybersecurity Association and the Vietnam Real Estate Association under the patronage of the State Securities Commission, the two-day summit focuses on blockchain technology, digital assets and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, State Securities Commission Vice Chairman Vo Hoang Hai said the event comes as Vietnam is establishing a legal framework for digital assets.
He noted that the Law on Digital Industry and Technology officially recognizes digital assets, while the Government has launched a pilot framework for crypto assets under a regulated and phased approach.
Experts said blockchain and smart contracts are reshaping global financial markets, with RWA tokenization expected to improve transparency, expand market access and unlock capital tied to physical assets, including real estate.
