In his address, National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu said the draft law will be discussed at an NA session scheduled for next May. He said the law will create a legal framework and momentum for investors in special administrative-economic zones. Special mechanisms are therefore required, he added.

“We need special mechanism and policies to create breakthroughs and momentum for investors in special administrative-economic zones. But we have to ensure that they are in line with the Constitution and international norms while having more advantages than the current laws,” Luu noted.
