Vietnamese investors have been conducting a number of major projects in Russia, including a dairy plant by TH True Milk, according to Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Son. “Sverdlovsk has great potential for heavy industry. Vietnamese businesses should devise a specific cooperation and investment strategy in Russia.”

Sverdlovsk’s Minister of International and Foreign Economic Relations Andrey Sobolev said the province welcomes Vietnamese investment in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and bio-technology.
