Participants were divided into six teams to showcase their Vietnamese language skills through singing, poetry recitals, drama and presentations highlighting the nation’s history and culture.
Running from July 12 to 25, the annual camp takes participants to eight provinces and cities across Vietnam, including Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa.
In Hue, delegates visited the Imperial Citadel, the Huong River Pottery Museum and the Le Ba Dang Memorial Space.
The programme aims to strengthen overseas Vietnamese youths' connection with their cultural roots while promoting the Vietnamese language.
The closing ceremony will take place in Nha Trang on July 24.
