At a reception for Sergey Mikhailovich Mironov, head of the Just Russia party, in Hanoi on Monday, Luu urged Mironov and his party to foster bilateral economic and trade ties, to quickly boost trade to 10 billion USD.

Mironov said Vietnam and Russia have similar views on international issues and he hopes his visit will enhance friendship between the two countries.
