As co-chairs of the Vietnam-US Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) Council meeting, the two officials hailed TIFA as an important channel and agreed to promote TIFA operation to resolve economic, trade, and investment problems.

Minister Anh asked Lighthizer to continue his efforts for improvement of bilateral trade ties.
