The Central Committee’s standing board comprises of 22 members. Former Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duoc was re-elected as the Association’s Chairman.

Addressing the closing ceremony, Mr. Duoc said the congress’ success provides a great source of encouragement for all members nationwide. He said the congress’ documents are important for the Association’s future development.
