Earlier, President Bermúdez laid a wreath at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs and paid tribute at President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum.
During the 3-day official visit, Mr. Bermúdez and the Vietnamese leaders will discuss ways to elevate bilateral ties, particularly in trade and investment.
