Mr. Chau said he was delighted to be Vietnam’s ambassador to India and vowed to advance the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership to meet the aspirations of the two countries’ leaders. President Kovind said he would be delighted to be one of the first heads of State to pay a State visit to Vietnam since it installed a new president, adding that Vietnam will continue to be a pillar in India’s Act East policy.
